Role Description
This is a high-impact Sales Manager - Hunter role (India). We are looking for an accomplished sales professional who can drive revenue growth in areas of IT Services, Digital Transformation and Engineering Services to Manufacturing or Automotive sector.
The requirement is open only to Sales experts who have extensive experience in selling IT services to Manufacturing or Automotive clients in India.
(Note: Senior Sales Manager role can also be considered for candidate with higher experience)
Responsibility
- Drive sales for IT services, Digital transformation, Engineering, Embedded and Software solutions
- Focus on acquiring new logos in Manufacturing and Automotive sector.
- Build a high-quality sales pipeline with urgency, leveraging your professional network.
- Drive RFP responses, including estimation, pricing and submissions, working closely with Presales.
- Engage and manage client decision-makers (CXO/VP/GM level) and procurement team.
- Drive RFP responses, including estimation, pricing and submissions, working closely with Presales.
- Professionally maintain Sales Funnel and customer interaction details on company CRM tool.
- Comfortable with domestic travelling
Skills & expertise
- Extensive experience in selling IT and Engineering services to Manufacturing or Automotive sector.
- Proven hunter mindset with ability to independently close deals and acquire new logos.
- Must have established industry relationships which can quickly generate leads and help in building pipeline.
- Good understanding of IT services, manufacturing automation, embedded systems, software solutions for Manufacturing sector.
Years of Job experience
+6 years experience in selling IT and Engineering services to Manufacturing or Automotive sector.
Educational qualification
Preferred: MBA with Engineering
Can consider: Any Science Graduate with exceptional sales track record.
