Head – Domestic Sales | Industrial Instrumentation
Location: Pune (Field + Travel Role)
Compensation: Approx. ₹70,000/month + performance incentives
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven sales professional to lead and expand our domestic sales operations for industrial instrumentation products including pressure switches, pressure transmitters, IIoT gauges, electronic pressure switches, and related process instrumentation solutions.
This is not a purely managerial desk role. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front — someone who understands industrial sales, can build strong customer relationships, guide field sales teams, and contribute directly to business growth.
The role is based in Pune and will involve regular travel for customer meetings, dealer development, and sales team coordination across regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the domestic field sales team
• Drive business growth across OEM and industrial segments
• Handle and grow key customer accounts
• Support sales engineers in customer meetings and technical-commercial discussions
• Develop sales strategies for different regions and industries
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and industrial customers
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, follow-ups, and market opportunities
• Coordinate closely with internal technical and operations teams
• Identify new applications, industries, and growth opportunities for instrumentation products

Applications include:
Compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, cryogenics, process plants, utilities, industrial automation, HVAC, OEM machinery, boilers, oil & gas, and related industries.
Who We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience in field instrumentation / automation / technical sales
• Strong experience in field sales and customer development
• Prior experience handling OEMs and industrial accounts
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Good technical understanding of industrial instrumentation products and applications
• Comfortable with travel and customer-facing responsibilities
• Self-driven, practical, and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in:
• Pressure instrumentation
• Process instrumentation
• Industrial automation
• Sensors and controls
• OEM technical sales
will be preferred.
