Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building strategic client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Other key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Strong sales capabilities, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic Skills: Proficiency in planning, executing sales strategies, and identifying market opportunities
- Customer Relations: Experience in managing client relationships to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales metrics, market trends, and implement data-driven decisions
- Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate across teams, including marketing and operations
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Other: Knowledge of sustainable living principles and the eco-real estate market is an added advantage
