Job Title: Robotics Sales
Location: Bangalore and Pune (India) / As per business requirement
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Salary Range: ₹9,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum

Job Summary:
The Robotics Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth in the robotics and automation segment while maintaining strong client relationships in line with the company’s values of trust, quality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement structured sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify new business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct professional product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations
- Coordinate closely with engineering and technical teams for customized solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and handle contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal processes and compliance standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Robotics / Automation or related field)
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in robotics or automation
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of robotics systems and industrial automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discipline, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or manufacturing clients
- Knowledge of PLC, Industry 4.0, or AI-based automation solutions
