Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of broadband tele calling executives.
Assign daily targets and ensure team achieves sales goals.
Monitor calls and provide regular feedback for performance improvement.
Motivate team members to achieve higher conversions.
Track daily performance reports and maintain MIS.
Train new team members on products, plans, and sales process.
Coordinate with backend and installation team for smooth service activation.
Ensure discipline and productivity within the team
