Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial product sales, preferably in the weighing industry, with excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Candidates from the weighing industry will be highly preferred.
- Experience in industrial products, engineering products, automation systems, or related sectors will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and sales of industrial weighing products and systems.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Visiting customers, industries, and project sites for business development activities.
- Generating enquiries and converting leads into business opportunities.
- Achieving assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinating with customers regarding quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good marketing and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent client-handling and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach toward sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities effectively.
Travel Requirement
- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively for outdoor sales activities across:

- Northern Region of India
Salary Offered
- CTC: ₹4.00 LPA – ₹6.00 LPA
- Salary will be based on experience, knowledge, and capability.
