Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and foster relationships with partners and clients. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives such as identifying growth opportunities, managing client accounts, and executing sales strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and continuously monitor market trends to inform and refine sales approaches. Your leadership will ensure the consistent delivery of excellent service aligned with the company’s vision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management
- Proficiency in market research, customer relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong strategic planning and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry or managing boutique accommodations is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet targeted objectives
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales support software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
