OOAK Photography is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team!
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2+ years in Sales (Wedding/Event industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ā ā Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
ā¢ā ā Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful bookings.
ā¢ā ā Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
ā¢ā ā Build and maintain strong client relationships.
ā¢ā ā Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
ā¢ā ā Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
ā¢ā ā Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
ā¢ā ā Proven experience in sales management.
ā¢ā ā Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
ā¢ā ā Target-driven with excellent team management abilities.
ā¢ā ā Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
