Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Patna. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and build relationships with clients and business partners. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring market trends, identifying potential opportunities to drive business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Market Strategy implementation
- Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and leveraging data to inform sales strategies
- Familiarity with financial technology or credit services is a plus
