Job Description – Sales Manager
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Head / Admin
Role Objective
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through effective lead generation, client consultation, site coordination, and order closures, while ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs, reporting discipline, and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through architects, references, and networking channels
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements
- Prepare and present accurate quotations based on client needs
- Ensure timely follow-ups and successful order closures
- Coordinate with CRM, Production, and Installation teams for smooth execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and architects
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead generation and client meetings conducted
- Conversion ratio and order closures
- Monthly sales target achievement
- CRM reporting accuracy and discipline
- Architect engagement and relationship development
Daily Expectations
- Minimum 3 new leads
- Minimum 3 client meetings
- Minimum 3 follow-ups
Mandatory Requirements
- Daily CRM updates are compulsory
- Daily reporting is mandatory (non-compliance may result in absence marking)
- Travel allowance must be updated daily
- Punctuality is mandatory
- Formal / smart casual dress code required
- Leave must be informed at least 1 day in advance
