Role Objective
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through effective lead generation, client consultation, site coordination, and order closures while ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs, reporting discipline, and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through architects, references, and networking
Conduct client meetings and site visits
Understand requirements and provide accurate quotations
Ensure timely follow-ups and order closures
Coordinate with CRM, Production, and Installation teams
Maintain strong client and architect relationships

Lead generation & client meetings
Conversion ratio & order closures
Monthly sales target achievement
CRM reporting discipline
Architect engagement
Daily Expectations
Minimum 3 leads, 3 meetings, 3 follow-ups
Mandatory
CRM updates
Compliance & Discipline
Daily reporting mandatory (else marked absent)
Travel allowance must be updated daily
Punctuality and formal/smart casual dress code compulsory
Leave must be informed 1 day prior
