Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role at OfBusiness located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will drive customer acquisition and sales growth by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, tracking and analyzing sales metrics, presenting compelling pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to optimize operations and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with team management, leadership, and motivation to foster a high-performance environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance tracking to drive informed decisions.
- Knowledge of B2B commerce, supply chains, and financial solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and align with organizational objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Work Experience in Steel Manufacturing Companies is an advantage.
