Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role located on-site in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations, foster relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, tracking market trends, and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing a sales team, providing sales training, creating detailed reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior design industry, with experience managing high-end or premium product sales
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to track market trends and develop actionable sales strategies
- Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring and training sales teams
- Effective presentation, reporting, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment
