Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and analyze market trends to identify new business prospects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute business development plans while achieving organizational goals effectively.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and trends
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business dynamics
- Prior experience in the tech or education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
