Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage end to end sales operations for the NVG Rakshak project. The role requires strong leadership, real estate experience, and the ability to drive targets while managing teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales team across locations
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement
- Plan and conduct site visits with clients and channel partners
- Handle client interactions, presentations, and follow ups
- Lead negotiations and close high value deals
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams
- Build and manage broker and channel partner network
- Track pipeline, reporting, and sales performance
- Train and monitor team productivity and discipline
- Ensure strong conversion from inquiry to booking
Requirements
- Minimum experience in real estate sales is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability
- Comfortable with site visits and client meetings
- Target driven and result oriented mindset
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and locations
