Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with proven experience in Bangalore’s real estate market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sales, excellent market knowledge, and a passion for achieving high targets.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a Channel Partner (CP) firm in Bangalore
• Proven track record of successful closures and client handling
• Strong market knowledge of Bangalore real estate
• Established relationships with builders/developers
• Must be highly energetic, proactive, and target-driven
• Ambitious individuals with a strong desire to achieve big career goals
Mandatory Criteria:
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (both required)
• Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits and site tours
Preferred Traits:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking ability
