About the Role
Nova Spark is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Coordinator to expand our digital marketing services across the Australian market.
This is a 100% remote (Work From Home) opportunity designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Australia.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and direct sales activities.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
- Understand client marketing requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Close digital marketing service agreements.
- Coordinate between clients and the Nova Spark delivery team.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience selling Digital Marketing Services is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Website Development
- Branding & Creative Services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
