Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune City for a Sales Manager at NoBroker. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and build strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing action plans to enhance customer acquisition. The role also requires ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, revenue target achievement, and client acquisition strategies.
- Team Leadership and People Management experience to guide and oversee a sales team effectively.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to foster relationships and close deals with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis expertise to identify opportunities and challenges in the real estate market.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, reporting systems, and data-driven decision-making to evaluate team performance and strategic outcomes.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate, PropTech, or a related industry is a strong advantage.
