Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and analyzing market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for fostering customer relationships and leading a sales team
- Leadership and team management skills to mentor and motivate team members
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related technologies
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
