Role Overview
The Head-Office Sales role at Nisiki is a central coordinating position responsible for ensuring that all regional sales activities are structured, tracked, and executed effectively. You will be reporting to GM, Sales and Marketing. Rather than being an individual contributor role, this position focuses on orchestrating the entire sales ecosystem — working closely with regional Sales Engineers, the supply chain team, production, quality, finance, and senior management to ensure customers receive timely, professional, and consistent engagement from enquiry to repeat business.
This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, customer-oriented, and capable of managing complexity across teams and regions, ensuring that no lead, order, or customer falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales Coordination & Oversight
- Act as the central point of coordination for all regional sales activities.
- Work closely with multiple Sales Engineers across regions to ensure leads, opportunities, and accounts are actively managed.
- Ensure clarity on ownership, follow-ups, and timelines across regions.
- Track regional performance, pending actions, and escalation points.
2. Lead & Opportunity Management
- Own the overall lead management process across regions and channels.
- Ensure leads are properly qualified, assigned, and followed up by the respective Sales Engineers.
- Maintain visibility on the complete sales pipeline to prevent leakage.
- Drive discipline around follow-ups, closures, and handovers.
3. Customer & Account Management
- Ensure customers have a single, reliable coordination point within Nisiki.
- Oversee customer communication related to quotations, samples, tooling, production status, and dispatches.
- Work with internal teams — supply chain, production, quality, and finance — to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure commitments made to customers are internally aligned and delivered.
4. Post-Sales & Relationship Continuity
- Ensure smooth post-sales execution including order tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of complaints or delays.
- Proactively identify opportunities for repeat orders, expansions, or upselling in coordination with Sales Engineers.
- Capture customer feedback and feed insights back into sales and operations.
5. Sales Operations, Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and structured data on leads, customers, quotations, and orders in CRM / ERP systems.
- Prepare and review periodic reports on:
- Regional sales activity
- Lead conversion
- Order status
- Customer engagement
- Support management with clear visibility into sales performance and bottlenecks.
- Drive adoption of systems, processes, and documentation across the sales function.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the bridge between sales, supply chain, production, and management.
- Align customer demand with internal capacity and timelines.
- Support internal planning, customer reviews, and management discussions with structured inputs.
- Ensure sales commitments are operationally realistic and well-communicated internally.
