Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include crafting strategic sales plans, conducting market analysis, managing a sales pipeline, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Skills in Market Analysis, Feasibility Studies, and identifying revenue opportunities
- Negotiation and Communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of clients
- Project Planning and CRM software proficiency
- Experience in the MEP, contracting, or infrastructure industries is highly advantageous
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
