Job Responsibilities
- Lead international student recruitment efforts, with a primary focus on the EU region.
- Drive direct sales and student acquisition from markets including Italy, Germany, Spain, and Central/Eastern Europe.
- Manage education-based consultative sales in a performance-driven environment.
- Oversee stakeholder management and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Apply knowledge of international student recruitment and visa processes.
- Leverage experience with French/Parisian markets (highly advantageous).
Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales leadership (typically 10+ years) within the education sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills; proficiency in European languages (French, Italian, German, etc.) is a significant asset.
- Solid business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
