Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and building relationships with potential clients across industries. The key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and market demands.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen, with skills in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in the IT services, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology sector
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of emerging IT and cybersecurity trends is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
