Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with team-leading experience to help drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and manage a high-performance team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B2C sales strategies, team leadership, and a passion for luxury and fine gemstones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives or sales representatives. Have worked on targets and comfortable working on targets as this will be the IC (Individual Contributor) role, along with helping the team achieving the target.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine outreach strategies.
- Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure the team meets performance metrics.
- Represent the brand at industry customer meetings.
- Prepare and deliver reports and forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years plus of experience in business development, sales,(luxury)
- At least 2 years of team management or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the gems, jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce sector preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
