Job Description – Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development (Solar – B2C)
Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development
Location: Udaipur
Function: Energy (Solar) – Business Development
Reporting To: Senior Manager / Associate Director – Energy
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive the growth of our B2C Solar business. The role focuses on customer acquisition, channel partner development, EPC partner management, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2C solar business growth through customer acquisition and business development initiatives.
Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to expand market presence.
Develop and strengthen the EPC partner network for efficient project execution.
Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into successful solar installations.
Execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, EPCs, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Compliance teams for smooth project execution.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve revenue, installation, collection, and conversion targets.
Required Experience
5–8 years of experience in Business Development or B2C Sales.
Prior experience in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry is mandatory.
Strong experience in Channel Partner Management and stakeholder engagement.
Willingness to work on Sundays, if required.
