Experience Required: 4 to 8 years of core experience in luxury residential sales.
Job Purpose: To drive high-ticket villa closures primarily by building, nurturing, and leveraging a strong network of premium real estate Channel Partners (CPs) and wealth managers in Bengaluru.
🛑 MANDATORY VENDOR FILTERS:
- Existing CP Network: Must possess an active, strong database and relationship with premium/luxury Channel Partners (brokers) in South/East Bengaluru (Sarjapur, Whitefield, ORR).
- Ticket-Size Experience: Proven track record of closing high-value residential sales (Villas/Row Houses/Luxury Apartments worth ₹3 Cr+).
- Must have excellent negotiation, presentation, and face-to-face relationship-building skills.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- CP Activation: Onboard, train, and engage new and existing Channel Partners to consistently bring high-net-worth clients for site visits.
- Direct Closures: Conduct professional project presentations, manage site walks for VIP clients, and drive conversions from introduction to booking.
- Event Coordination: Organize CP meets, property previews, and promotional drives to keep the broker network highly active.
