We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Managers to expand our market presence in three different regions Mumbai, Pune, Chennai. Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the designated region. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION- SALES MANAGER
- Develop and execute sales strategies and manage client interactions in the field to drive sales growth and market penetration. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders for fostering loyalty & drive repeat business.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers on product selection, application methods, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Preferred), Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the chemical/paint manufacturing or surface coating industry.
- Strong understanding of paint products, application techniques.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated regions.
