We're hiring a Sales Manager-Kolkata
MyLeading Campus® (ISO-certified, Govt. recognised, award-winning EdTech software) is looking for a Sales Manager who can build, train, and lead a strong sales team to hit ambitious targets.
- Min. 4 years of sales experience (B2B / EdTech preferred)
- Proven track record of leading teams & closing deals

- Immediate joiners / within 30 days preferred
Salary starts at ₹5 LPA ( and no bar for the right talent)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals.
- Drive B2B sales in EdTech (schools/colleges/universities).
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Track performance, motivate the team, and ensure a culture of achievement.
- Report sales progress and insights directly to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience (B2B & EdTech background preferred).
- Strong leadership experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Kolkata.
- Immediate joiners or within 30 days will be given priority.
