Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager – North India (Rental) | MYCRANE
Drive crane rental business growth across North India.
Generate leads and onboard new customers in construction and infrastructure sectors.
Manage client relationships to ensure repeat rental orders.
Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert them into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with operations for smooth deployment and execution of cranes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly rental revenue targets.
Track market trends and competitor activities in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and business development
- Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to develop strategic partnerships
- Effective communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written formats
- Knowledge of the construction, heavy lifting, or equipment rental industries is highly beneficial
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Team leadership abilities with a focus on achieving team and individual targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluent in English;
