Role Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Co-working
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and partnerships for our co-working and managed office spaces.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new enterprise and corporate clients for flexible workspace solutions.
• Focus on sectors like Mutual Funds, NBFCs, Insurance, FinTech, and BFSI.
• Build relationships with IPCs, brokers, and consulting firms (CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Colliers) to generate leads.
• Conduct client meetings, site tours, negotiations, and close deals.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth while managing the sales pipeline.
• Lead and mentor sales team members and track performance.
📍 Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 6–10 years in Enterprise Sales / Real Estate / Co-working
