Role Description
This is a contract-based and remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, provide business insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is a plus
