Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, and fostering long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing sales performance, collaborating with other departments, and leading a team to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting organizational sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Team Leadership and People Management experience
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Forecast Management, and Strategic Planning
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with the ability to manage a distributed team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in IT, e-commerce, or digital services, while not mandatory, is highly advantageous
