Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and mentor a team of sales associates, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, implementing sales initiatives, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with marketing teams to promote the brand.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development experience, including achieving and surpassing targets
- Team Leadership and Training skills to effectively manage and develop sales associates
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management and negotiation abilities
- Strong understanding of Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Store Management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools
- Familiarity with jewelry or luxury retail is a strong advantage but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
