Now, we’re looking for a hungry, aggressive, and result-oriented Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
🔥 What You’ll Own:
- Drive high-value sales closures with strong negotiation skills
- Build & expand Channel Partner (CP) network aggressively
- Conduct regular CP meets, activations & relationship management
- Generate business through direct clients + broker ecosystem
- Lead from the front — pipeline to closure ownership
- Ensure strong follow-ups, conversions & revenue delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize project performance
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven aggressive sales mindset (target chasers, not excuse makers)
- Strong personality & communication skills — someone who can influence and close
- Hands-on experience in CP outreach & real estate sales ecosystem
- Ability to build long-term relationships with brokers & investors
- High ownership, discipline & execution focus
- Minimum 3–7 years in real estate / high-ticket sales preferred
