We are a resort and hotel property - focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through hospitality, comfort, and curated stays. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive bookings, build client relationships, and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Nurture leads and convert them into bookings (rooms, events, packages).
- Promote resort offerings including stays, corporate events, weddings, restaurants and day packages.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Sales Funnel Management
- Maintain and manage a structured sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads effectively.
3. Indoor Sales Activities
- Handle inbound inquiries via social media, phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow and nurture followup campaigns for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized packages for clients.
4. Outdoor Sales Activities
- Build partnerships for group bookings, corporate outings, and events.
- Represent the resort at exhibitions, networking events, and local promotions.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
6. Market Intelligence
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales (hospitality/resort/hotel experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with both indoor (calling, CRM) and outdoor (field visits) sales.
- Ability to manage pipelines and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
