Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nandyal. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, build and manage a successful sales team, and foster strong customer relationships. Additional duties include analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
- Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development skills
- Customer Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, monitor competition, and develop sales strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales analytics
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
