Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team at our Chennai location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include leading a sales team, conducting market analysis, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering impactful presentations to clients. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise, including strong negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
- Experience in market analysis, presentation, and proposal development.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, manage targets, and monitor progress.
- Knowledge of industrial infrastructure solutions or related products is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Previous experience in sales roles in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries is a plus.
