Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Manager position. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include leading a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating deals with clients. The role also involves collaborating with real estate developers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales management, client acquisition, and business development
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and team-building skills
- Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends and customer needs
- Ability to conduct market research and design sales strategies
- Proficiency in communication, time management, and networking
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in managing a sales team and working in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies is an advantage
