Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in influencer marketing to join MOCA Advertising.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong partnerships with brands, and expanding our client portfolio across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies
- Understand client objectives, budgets, and key concerns, and propose tailored marketing solutions
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Ensure timely collection of client payments
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in an influencer marketing agency or related field
- Strong network with direct advertisers and brands
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing strategies, best practices, and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
