Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, generating leads, and executing sales plans to meet revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also handle negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining client relationships
- Familiarity with the digital advertising or media industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales manager or similar revenue-generating role
