Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, building strong client networks, preparing and presenting reports, and coaching the sales team to achieve business objectives. The individual will also be responsible for market analysis and contributing to the development of strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
- Experience in team leadership, goal setting, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning
- Proven experience with communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the machinery or related industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
