Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Delhi, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales performance, developing client partnerships, leading a sales team, preparing detailed sales reports, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Experience in Team Leadership, Sales Performance Analysis, and Report Preparation
- Strong knowledge of Market Trends, Forecasting, and Competitive Analysis
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Ability to manage hybrid work arrangements and adapt to changing environments
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the technology or automation industry is a plus
