Role Description The Sales Manager role at Med Cab Care Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will lead and expand regional sales operations, including identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and other partners, and negotiating contracts. This role includes setting sales targets, tracking performance, preparing sales reports, and presenting results and forecasts to leadership. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure that service commitments align with client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include client visits, market research, competitor analysis, sales team coaching, and participation in local promotional or outreach activities to grow brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, or key account management, ideally in healthcare, emergency services, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective regional sales strategies.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating sales teams, including setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Comfort working on-site and in the field in and around Lucknow, with willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Strong organizational and reporting skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices and a strong customer service mindset, especially in a critical healthcare context.
