Role Description
The Sales Manager, sourcing and closing, will be responsible for driving sales performance, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, managing a sales team, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales performance reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Team management and leadership abilities to motivate, train, and guide a sales team
- Expertise in customer relationship management, client engagement, and long-term relationship building
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and competitor analysis, particularly in Pune
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, lead management systems, and basic reporting tools
- Ability to handle channel partners, brokers, and direct client sourcing activities
- Experience in generating leads through sourcing, references, broker networks, and market activations
- Responsible for managing sourcing teams and ensuring consistent lead flow for projects
- Coordinating with channel partners for site visits, follow-ups, closures, and relationship management
- Planning and executing sourcing strategies to increase project visibility and sales conversions
- Monitoring daily sourcing activities, team performance, and lead conversion ratios
- Conducting market surveys and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
- Ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and maintaining accurate customer data in CRM
- Ability to achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
