🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager | Ahmedabad
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team handling, and modern lead generation platforms.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Generate leads through modern platforms and outbound strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
🔹 Requirements:
• 4–5 years of proven sales experience with target achievement
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern sales platforms like Upwork, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
