Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Varanasi. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure revenue targets are met. The role includes managing a team of sales professionals, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize performance. The ideal candidate will also evaluate sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Revenue Generation, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Team Leadership skills
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis abilities
- Experience with Digital Marketing and CRM tools is a plus
