Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve preparing sales plans, directing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also lead a sales team, provide guidance, and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
Qualifications

- Experience in market research, targeting potential clients, and analyzing competitor activity
- Leadership capabilities, including team management and motivation skills
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the logistics, courier, and cargo operations is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry
