We're Hiring | Sales Manager – Ahmedabad
At Magnifico Resins, we're India's No.1 Premium Epoxy Resin brand, trusted by 75,000+ artists, makers, and furniture creators across the country. We manufacture premium Epoxy Resins, Monocoat Oils, and Industrial Flooring solutions right here in Ahmedabad.
As we scale, we're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and fuel our next phase of growth.
Role: Sales Manager
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 4–5 Years

What You'll Do:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly business targets
• Act as a strong bridge between management and the sales team
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified closures
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
• Share product details, quotations, and pricing with clients
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and payments to drive conversion
• Develop strategies for market expansion and business growth
• Train, motivate, and guide team members for higher productivity
• Maintain accurate CRM/Excel records for leads, pipeline & closures
• Prepare regular sales reports, target analysis, and market feedback
Who We're Looking For:
Female candidates preferred
Fluent English communication – mandatory
4–5 years of experience in Sales Management
Prior experience in Epoxy, Construction Chemicals, or related industries – preferred
Strong leadership, team handling & coordination skills
Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and client management abilities
Professional, proactive, and confident personality
Based in Ahmedabad
