- Madvik Estates LLP is a premium real estate consulting firm specializing in plots, villas, holiday homes, managed farmlands, and investment-focused real estate across Maharashtra and Goa. We help investors identify high-growth opportunities while providing end-to-end consulting—from project selection and site visits to documentation and after-sales support. Our primary markets include Karjat, Khopoli, Alibaug, Lonavala, Ratnagiri, and the Konkan region, with a focus on long-term wealth creation through real estate.
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive sales of premium plots and villas while providing investment consulting to clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills and be comfortable conducting regular client site visits.
- Generate and convert qualified sales leads.
- Consult clients on investment opportunities in plots and villas.
- Conduct project presentations and property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Ability to close high-value transactions.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
