🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager
At Maduras Herbals Pvt Ltd, we’re expanding and looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our growth in the herbal and wellness industry. If you’re passionate about sales, leadership, and building strong client relationships, we invite you to be part of our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth across B2B & B2C segments
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Utilize CRM tools to optimize sales performance
🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes
• Willingness to travel for business needs
